The neighborhood is very peaceful, close to the beach, and quite exclusive, located in Puyai, Papudo.


We highly recommend using a car. Alternatively, you can rely on local private drivers who operate as taxis, but they are limited and not always available.

Parties or events without authorization are not allowed. The fine for violating this rule is 3 UTM.

Additional Guests:

Notify us of any changes in the number of guests. Each undeclared additional guest will incur a fine of 1 UF.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The fine for violating this rule is 2 UF.
Discarding cigarette butts in non-designated areas will result in a fine of 1 UF.

Pets:

Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Bringing pets without authorization will incur a fine of 1 UTM.
Make sure to clean any pet hair before check-out.

Property Damage:

Report any damages immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine corresponding to the repair cost.

Late Check-Out:

Vacate the property at the agreed time. The fine for late check-out is 1 UF per hour of delay.

Safety:

Turn off the stove and other appliances before leaving. The fine for leaving the stove on is 1 UTM.
