We want your stay to be comfortable and pleasant. To ensure all guests enjoy their time here, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

**Cleanliness:**

- Leaving dirty dishes will result in a 1 UF fine.

- Stains on bed linens or towels will incur a fine equivalent to the replacement cost of the sheet(s) and/or towel(s).

**Noise:**

- Avoid making loud noises after 10 p.m.

- Parties or events are forbidden without prior authorization. The fine for violating this rule is 3 UTM.

**Additional Guests:**

- Notify us of any changes in the number of guests. Each undeclared additional guest will incur a fine of 1 UF.

**Smoking:**

- Smoking is forbidden inside the property. The fine for violating this rule is 2 UF.

- Disposing of cigarette butts in undesignated areas will result in a 1 UF fine.

**Pets:**

- Pets must be approved before arrival. Bringing unauthorized pets will result in a fine of 1 UTM.

- Ensure any pet hair is cleaned before departure.

**Property Damage:**

- Report any damage immediately. not doing it so results in a fine equivalent to the cost of repairs.

**Late Check-out:**

- Vacate the property at the agreed-upon time. The fine for late check-out is 1 UF per hour of delay.

**Safety:**

- Turn off the stove and all appliances before leaving. Leaving the stove on will result in a 1 UTM fine.
